NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend an Extra-Ordinary meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 7.00pm at Estate Office, Eagle Hall, Lincoln. LN6 9HZ.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. To consider the following planning application -
Change of use of land to traveller site and application for the siting of 1no. static caravan 2no. touring caravans and the retention of a day room (retrospective).
Land Adjacent to Durham Castle, Eagle Barnsdale, Lincoln. Ref – 24/1287/FUL.
4. To consider the grass cutting specification for the new contract.
