NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 17th December 2024 at 6.30pm at Eagle Hall Offices, LN6 9HZ.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 27th November 2024 to be approved as minutes.
4. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
5. Finance.
a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated).
b. To discuss the Precept for 2025/2026.
6. To discuss the petition to support the re-opening of the Post Office at Eagle.
