NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Thursday 16th July 2026 at 7pm at The Estate Office, Eagle Hall, LN6 9HZ.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

a. to approve the costs for the new chains for the swing from Sutcliffe Play at £210.69
