EAGLE & SWINETHORPE PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 26th August 2026 at 7pm at The Estate Office, Eagle Hall, LN6 9HZ.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

1. Welcome & Apologies.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 16th July 2026 to be approved as minutes.
4. Health & Safety
5. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
6. Finance.
a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated)
b. To consider the options for a different savings account, with a better interest rate.
c. To approve the premium for the Parish Insurance for the year 2026-2027. (Parish Council are in a 3-year LTA).
d. To approve the installation costs for the new bins.

8. To consider the following planning application.
a. Reposition of existing fence (retrospective). 4 Harrier Hill, Eagle.

9. To consider the new information & revised quote for the grant application, to approve a plan to move the project forward.
10. To consider the quote and options to repair the flooring at the Playing Field
