NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 31ST August 2021 at 7.30pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 7.30pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 27th July 2021 to be approved as minutes.

5. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received (list previously circulated).
6. To consider the option to access the Treescapes Fund to plant trees in non-woodland settings.
7. To consider the cost to allow a 3rd party to maintain the website.
