NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 28th September 2021 at 7.30pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 7.30pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

To receive and accept apologies where a valid reason for absence have been given prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Discussions around Eagle House Residential Care Home and to agree any subsequent actions.
4. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 31st August 2021 to be approved as minutes.

7. To consider the renewal quotes for the Parish Council Insurance.
8. Remembrance Day Plans & to Resolve to purchase a poppy wreath.
9. To consider the quote to spray & clear the Swinderby Station carpark.

The Parish Council will then Resolve to move into closed session to consider the following.
