NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 25th January 2022 at 7.30pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 7.30pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors.

1. Welcome & Apologies.
To receive and accept apologies where a valid reason for absence have been given prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. To consider the following planning applications.
a. Erection of front porch.
2 Daltons Close, Eagle, Lincoln. Ref – 21/1864/HOUS.
b. Proposed plans for Village Farm, 20 High Street, Eagle.
4. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 21st December 2021 to be approved as minutes.
5. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.

a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received (list previously circulated).
b. To receive the bank reconciliation as at 31.12.2021
c. To review the budget as at 31.12.2021
d. To Resolve to agree the Precept for 2022/2023
7. Playing Field Discussions to include:
a. The quotes to remove the graffiti from the garage & play equipment.

9. Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebrations – to discuss options.

11. To discuss the Parish Councils’ Fields to include:
a. Future opportunities options.
b. Possible advert for the Tender of the field on Eagle Moor
c. New Tenancy Agreements & associated costs.

a. Update regarding the dedication.
b. To Resolve to agree the purchase a wreath for Memorial Service.
c. Future ownership of the memorial.
