NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 7.45pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 7.45pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 26th October 2022 to be approved as minutes.
4. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
5. Finance.
a. To consider the annual invoice for payment to the Eagle Eye for £150.
b. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated).
c. Items for consideration for the budget 2023/2024.
6. Playing Field Update to include
a. To discuss the findings of the public consultation for the Playing Field.
b. Risk Assessments for the Playing Field.
7. To review the following policies
a. Training & Development
b. Social Media Policy
8. Update on the location of the Commemorative Platinum Jubilee Tree
9. To judge the new Parish Council Logo Competition.
10. King’s Coronation Celebrations
11. Items for the next Agenda.
12. Date & time of next meeting –
