EAGLE & SWINETHORPE PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 29th November 2023 at 7.00pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

1. Welcome & Apologies.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 25th October 2023 to be approved as minutes.
4. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
5. Finance.
a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated).
b. To consider the renewal quotes for the Playing Field Electricity.
c. Items to be considered for the budget for the year 2024/2025.
6. To review the following policies –
a. Personnel Committee Terms of Reference.
b. Training & Development Policy
c. Health & Safety Policy.
7. To complete the Lincolnshire Police Priority setting form.
8. Playing Field
a. To discuss the findings of the Feasibility Study and to consider any further actions.
b. Update regarding the damaged tree guard at the playing field.
9. To discuss the request to apply for Yellow Lines, for the junction to Harrier Hill.
10. To consider the following planning application
a. Retention of portal framed building and associated yard hardstanding, plus retention of base for future erection of polytunnel and siting of solar PV panels on portal framed building.
