NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 26th July 2023 at 7.00pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

1. Welcome & Apologies.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 28th June 2023 to be approved as minutes.
4. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
5. Finance.
a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated).
b. To receive the Bank Reconciliation for the 30.06.2023.
c. To review the budget as at 30.06.2023
d. To approve the quote to cut back & tidy up the hedge at Swinderby Station. (retrospectively).
e. To consider and approve the quotes to cut back and tidy up the hedge at the playing field.
6. Playing Field
a. To discuss the new tree report, and to Resolve any approve further action and costs.
b. Update on the meeting with the Scouts.
c. To consider putting Anti-vandal paint on the kitchen block
7. To consider & approve the new Parish Council Logo design, and any associated costs.
