NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED to attend a meeting of Eagle and Swinethorpe Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 22nd February 2023 at 7.45pm at Eagle Village Hall.
There will be a 10-minute public forum at 7.45pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. A further 10 minutes will be set aside to receive reports from the County & District Councillors. Your attendance is required during this time.

1. Welcome & Apologies.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and requests for dispensations.
3. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 25th January 2023 to be approved as minutes.
4. Clerks Update & Correspondence, and to Resolve to agree any subsequent actions.
5. Finance.
a. To authorise the signing of orders for payment, note bank balances & any monies received. (List previously circulated).
b. To consider the quote to service & maintain the CCTV equipment at the playing field.
6. Playing Field.
a. To review the Annual Inspection report for Eagle Playing Field.
b. To discuss the next steps for the kitchen block project.
c. To consider the options & costs for removing the moss from under the play equipment.
